I was wondering the same thing but ended up renewing through the website. I may call when I have some time and request the CD that way. I'm sure you can order by phone to receive the CD.
Sorry for late reply. I had to call the 800 number on my renewal invoice and place the order for the CD over the phone. It was actually much easier to do that than renew online! I got the CD last week.
