Is anyone else having trouble with a blank login screen today?  I tried the solutions in the knowledge base (clearing cache, etc) and updated through web setup, but no joy.  Currently on >1 hr hold with tech support.

Look at the  image, as the "marks are misplaced in the instructions.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.  Can't do much else right now anyway.
