Virtually any scanner that is TWAIN compliant will with Windows 10. Are you looking to buy, or just trying to check on a scanner you already have. Fujitsu was the standard for a very long time, but I have Canon and many have HP.
P.S. TWAIN = Technology Without An Interesting Name

I have an old fujitsu(2005) that can be used on windows 10 with the right driver set.
