HOW DO I PRINT A FORM 4562 FOR THE DEPRECIATION EXPENSE TAKEN ON FORM 1125-A?

The 4562 is only printed if there is actually depreciation coded to Form "2" in Screen 21.
If you are looking for the depreciation schedule for this type of item it is separated on the Depreciation Sch - YYYY It will have a heading Form 1120, Schedule A.
