Does Lacerte amend the K-1 automatically after I amend the 1065?
If not, how do I do it?

Look at the K-1 for your amended return. Notice the little box up at the top, to the right of center that says Amended K-1.

Yea I know, the box is checked but the numbers on the new K-1 stays the same as the old K-1. I double checked the 1065X and I am sure I had filled it out properly. (It is a simple amendment where I change Ordinary business income from 600 thousand to 450 thousand.)

That should have changed the K-1. The K-1's are part of the 1065, so amending the 1065 should generate changes in the K-1's.
Did you do a special allocation on the original? If so, that would need to be adjusted.
