Kristina did everything she could to resolve this issue. She was nice, patient and willing to try all avenues within her power but ultimately this was out of her control. 

 

She did all she could of course i am disappointed this could not work but this wasnt on her.

Thanks for the clarification. Just to note—it was 4/15, and I followed the link I was provided, which directed me here. I understand this may not be the intended place for feedback, but I was using the channel given. I appreciate you pointing that out and at least people do respond
