Is anyone seeing this error when trying to install PDF 6.5? Basic Windows11 install, during websetup for Lacerte 2025.
I figured it out... You need to turn off "Windows Protected Print Mode" in your "Printers and Scanners" setting page. After I did this and ran "Lacerte PDF Repair Tool" in the "Tool Hub" everything now works.
