FORM K1 FOR S CORPORATIONS & PARTNERSHIP TAX RETURNS FOR HAWAII

We tried filing Forms 1120S and 1065 tax returns, the Federal tax retuns are being accepted but the Hawaii tax returns are being rejected and the reason for the rejection is that, the Federal K1 form is not attached. There should be no need to attached Form k1 because Hawaii has its own Form K1. Please help us fix this issue. Thank you very much.

This is a peer support forum, not a tech support forum. Support rarely visits here. You could call Support about this, but depending on how many of these returns you're doing, you might be better-time-saved for this tax season by just PDF'ing the Federal and e-attaching it just to get it pushed through and done.

This also happened to me on both a 1065 and S-Corp. Federal was received and the state was rejected. I closed the program and did the updates, E-file the state again and they went through>
