I haven't encountered that, but I don't bulk e-file much. Depending on how many you're trying to bulk e-file, handling them individually would probably take less time than calling Support and trying to get their help on this. 

Doctor to patient:  "Does it hurt when you pound your head against a brick wall?"

Patient: "Yes."

Doctor: "Then stop doing it."
