Has anyone else experienced this?
My client received an eSignature request from me. Somewhere during the process of signing the returns, they received a prompt asking them to subscribe to some service at a monthly and/or annual rate. I suspect it was DocuSign, but they weren't specific. Why did this happen? I do not want clients to be approached in this way while signing returns.

Yes, our client got the same prompt. $300 to "access my records" Luckily, she emailed and asked if she should be paying that. We are really hoping there is a way to turn that off
