Hey Lacerte ( @Kathi_at_Intuit ) .... maybe this would be easier if you just told us if ANY state forms are available?
And which ones? It appears the list might be really short.

Hi @abctax55
You can view the forms availability page HERE and bookmark THIS Lacerte Tax 2025 Program version update release notes page that is continually being updated.
Keep in mind that dates are subject to change. Thanks for being a part of the community and if you ever need additional assistance, contact Lacerte for support.

I'm very aware of that page. The point is that it is basically worthless, there's no specific info/dates. To be told "waiting for State approval, ready after that" isn't helpful at all. The dearth of info as to why Intuit is lagging behind on Forms the various states HAVE approved before the stated time lag is what has most of us up in arms. That, and the fact that SOME Intuit products (cough, cough... TurdddoTax) had the basic F 540 available prior to Lacerte having it available, is just a bit of an insult.
Those of us who have been practicing for a few year/decades know how to check State sites as well as the IRS to seen when the Forms are available.
You missed my subtle sarcasm that since there are so many, many states that aren't available (tho fewer than when I originally posted....& thanks for getting CA ready at least for Individuals) that it might just be easier to post the States that 'are' working.

Katie, if all of Oklahoma forms are marked as released, why can't I e-file my Oklahoma returns along with my federal? It's been going on 2 weeks and we can't file our returns for our clients. I'm backed up and my clients won't want to hear an excuse that it's the software company. I pay over $20,000 a year in software fees, get this fixed and done so I can pay $20,000 plus in 2026.

My question is when will the Lacerte Program work with the available state forms so returns can be transmitted? I see Mississippi individual and partnership forms available, yet a critical diagnostic is created for each regarding Lacerte still "researching conformity or nonconformity".
In reading the community it seems I'm not alone in Lacerte's program creating this critical diagnostic.
It's February 9th.

When will California Partnership Forms be available to send to Clients? I can print the Forms off of California Franchise Tax website but it I try to send them to clients I get Blank Pages. I get very irritated when Lacerte sends me a bill for State returns that I can't even file. This happens every year and until I get pissed off and complain the Forms just don't seem to get released, Then as soon as I make a stink they miraculously do. Aweful!
