What are preparers doing with the NYS diagnostic "New York calculations associated with conformity or nonconformity to provisions of the OBBBA of 2025 are currently being researched and will be available in future release"
Are you holding off on sending returns to the clients (both business and personal)?
Or are you sending business returns to clients, but not transmitting?
Feedback would be helpful. We have 85 business returns ready to go, but haven't sent them to clients yet.

I don't do NY, but since there were a lot of posts complaining that NY forms weren't ready in ProSeries until a couple of days ago, I would bet the ranch that most preparers aren't playing a wait and see game.

Why do the states all have the same message. How are we to prepare and send returns when there are critical diagnotics?
