Lacerte states the filing season is open. Hard to be open when we don't have CA forms (which have been approved already). Lacerte get on this now! We have such a backlog of returns, waiting to be processed. Our clients could go to H & R Block and file immediately!!! This is NOT acceptable.

Here from CA also! I 100% agree! Lacerte, do better! This is causing unnecessary backlog and stress between CPAs and our clients. It's a bit hard to explain to a client we are waiting for the software forms to finalize when they know H&R block is already filing!
