Smart Look is not working on my server. Support gets a black screen when used.   I have reported this

several times to no avail.  This should not be happening on February 5.   Is anyone else having a

problem with Smart Look?

Hi @RUSSELLTYNER  Thanks for posting in the Community about SmartLook not working. We would recommend running the web setup for Lacerte to fix this. You can go to Windows Start menu>All, expand Lacerte, then choose the Lacerte Web Setup for the program you are having an issue with SmartLook.
