I am not sure how to class the $77000 paid for the removal of the bird paid to bandera conservation bankituated in the Bandera Canyonlands of the Texas Hill Country, BCCB is a USFWS-approved species conservation bank for the federally endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler (Setophaga chrysoparia). BCCB provides offsetting conservation credits for habitat impacts associated with land use change, development, and infrastructure activities.

Can you clarify what you are doing? Are you doing a tax return for BCCB? Or for an individual? Or something else? What do you need to "class"?

Is this a bookkeeping question? A donates money to B, a Non-Profit that helps move an endangered species off of my property. In exchange for this money, B also arranges for A to now be able to grow grapes on land that previously had restrictions on it because that damn bird was around.
How do I book the $77,000 cash payment and what is the offsetting entry?
