Does anyone use E-signatures for their own firm's engagement letters?
We have over 800 clients to send Engagement letters too and we have been shown how to upload our engagement letter as a choice to choose from in E-Signatures=>Engagement letters, however, there are a lot of steps to click on the form where to sign and insert a date, which seems like A LOT of work for 800 clients. I understand I can do a batch for single filers and will have to do individually for MFJ (that needs 2 signatures) but wishing there was an easier way or a template that we could save in E-signatures to be able to choose from. We can make a template in DocuSign that there is no way to choose that from Lacerte???? What do the rest of you bigger firms do?

We send 1040 engagement letters with our Lacerte organizers - saves there. All others, this year we starting using Gather through SafeSend for signatures, and so far, that has worked well.
