I've talked with Lacerte directly and have been informed that we cannot change the filing instructions delivered by Lacerte - nor can we add an additional filing instruction specifically for DocuSign.  The only option is to edit the client letter that I think would confuse the customer even more.  How do other clients handle this scenario?
