Hi, I was just wondering if anybody has had any problems with getting their CE credits reported to their PTIN account and how long does it take after you take the class thank you

I know Intuit is slow. They post quicker and you get the certificate quicker if you do the same program through https://www.cpaacademy.org/s/ Many, but not all of the offerings here can also be accessed through CPA Academy = e.g. https://www.cpaacademy.org/s/webinardate/a0HPB00000RYbIY2A1/12182025

If the education was in the 4th quarter, Intuit has 10 business days to submit the information to the IRS.
The PTIN account usually shows it pretty quickly after it has been submitted.
You may also want to double check that the class you took actually offered IRS CE credits. In the past, some classes have only offered CPE credits for non-IRS purposes and it is easy to mistakenly think they mean CE credits for the IRS.
