I am taking over a client from another firm. We both use Lacerte in a RightWorks hosted environment. What steps are necessary for me to get their entire data file transferred to my account?

Unless RightWorks puts up a hurdle, other firm backs up the Lacerte client and transfers it to you securely. You restore it to your Lacerte.
Are you sure they are willing to give you their Lacerte file?
The more I know the more I don’t know.
