What's the total?
Form 990-N is a 'postcard' filing... not a lot of room to enter much of anything.
Form 990-N is * REQUIRED * to be efiled... just FYI
One can do that at www.irs.gov.

Where would I put advertising, office supplies, internet/ professional fees, and talks on a 990-n?

If all of those are expenses, do the input in Expenses and decide whether they are Screen 34, 35, 36 or 37
990N is created based on all of the input. Everything is a 990 something.
