What does that message say? Many messages are information only and you don't need to do anything. Sometimes there is no way to get rid of a message. 

Hi @wrichmond28 Welcome to the community and thank you for posting your first questions. In the community we have a Find My Diagnostic board. While not all diagnostics are posted there, we do update it. We also allow you to post diagnostics that are not entered, however please follow the guidelines for it here and only post the diagnostic verbiage, post it, then comment on it. We would recommend taking the diagnostic number and entering it in Find My Diagnostic to see if it is found.  Happy Posting!
