Do you mean line 19? That should say See Stm # on the line and you look at the Statements.

I think OP means UPE associated with a Partnership. Schedule E Page 2.

There should be a SBE Statement generated for Separately stated business expenses related to the partnership.  Should Show up on Sch E

If you want it to be a separate line on Sch E, p 2, try creating a second K-1 for the UPE's
