YOU have the ability to edit every letter to suit your needs. Settings > Client Letter. 

Screen 5.2 allows to edit a specific clients letter. Probably not best solution. 

Stop beating around the bush and tell us what you really think. 

There's a place somewhere here to post suggestions, but no one pays attention to those either.
