You should only need that number if there is withholding and it should be on the form that reports the withholding.

@George4Tacks @Joyce Moyer George I think a lot of people don't have the form because I think some states do not mail it out but want people to go online and get it. I'm not sure about Ohio. But if anyone has that link with all the state numbers then hopefully they'll post it. If not you can do a search on this forum  for it and you can find the post and the numbers.

It's old and many numbers are no longer correct. If the state tax refund is the issue - Why? If it isn't taxable who cares - NOT Lacerte.
