Why didn't my client's fourth quarter estimated payment get electrically made. It was set up, but not made. Do I need to open the software to get it made?

I set up electronic payments for my S-Corp client, but come to find out while finishing up their 2024 return that Q4 payment was never made. I don't know why.

The bank blocked it?

They changed banks?

Insufficient funds?

Nothing can be done about it now.

A tad late for that now. Just have them pay the balance due showing on the return and move on with life.
