Lacerte to Smartvault or pdf is printing not working and throwing up "printer error -41". Support is not helpful. Also, not escalating to the higher up level. We as customers are suffering here in the middle of the tax season. If any sensible person in lacrete management is reading this, please help us. We as customers are paying boatload of money to your company and not getting the proper service. Please help us!!
