OR use Ctrl +L to open an e-mail communication with support 

OR you can ask a question here and some brilliant user like me will give you an excellent answer, using all their humility.

AND - since this is a public, wide-open forum you should edit & delete your phone number before the spammers/robo callers snag it.

This place used to work much better when all you had to do was call 800-867-5309 for help.  But support has gone downhill after Jenny retired.
