I have been on the phone with a lacerte "support specialist" multiple times, but they tend to not even understand what I'm asking.  I'm pretty sure they're just googling my issue and giving me stock replies.

I asked in this forum but the only response I got was the equivalent of a "that's rough buddy."

Now I'm looking for an email address to hopefully "escalate" my issue with lacerte, but I can't find anything anywhere.  The more complex the tax software gets every year the more I'm feeling abandoned by intuit.
