Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with an inexperienced agent to find out that they discovered the error, apparently between 11/14 when we proforma'd most of our clients and 11/27, when we proforma'd a few more. But they apparently didn't bother to alert us so we would know to reproforma our clients before we started entering info.
