I already have Lacerte 2024 installed, but when I try to download Organicer from: Tools. Organicer I get the following error:
... have installed the 2023 Proforma CD and launch this feature form the 2023 Tax Program
Does anyone know why this error?

You produce the 2024 Organi'C'ers (sic) from the 2023 software. Make sure it is updated for the last release of 2023.

Organizers for 2024 are accessed from the 2023 tax program.

I get an error message when I try to update 2024 Lacerte on my work station. Yet others in my office are able to update their work stations?
