In the depreciation input find the entry for Property Number. Change 1 to 2, then press Ctrl and the down arrow to get to the next asset. Repeat. ....
OR did you want to duplicate all of the assets?
Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

I have not tried doing it in page22/Depreciation, but do it on a routine basis for 11/interest, 12/dividend, and 17/sales (for duplicate bank, investment, or property names, respectively).
Alt+A[dAta menu] | i[copy Information]
followed by
Alt+A[dAta menu] | O[paste cOpy]
to create <another one just like this> of whatever record you are on.
Again: UN-tested. No idea if that is enabled in Depreciation page.

George's first answer actually just re-directs the asset from Property #1 to instead affect Property #2.
Having a copy of the asset (like "this house") gives you another one of them.
Note that duplicating them as described--either with his export/import or my copy/paste [if it works] would include things like date in service and vehicle miles, as well as Prior 179 and Prior Depreciation claimed on the original record.
