For the 4th time this year, a client has sent me their TurboTax .tax2002 file, and when I try to convert it to Lacerte, it comes back as saying the data file is corrupted.  The files are uploaded via ShareFile, and have been both Mac and PC versions.

Does anyone else have success in data conversion from TurboTax?  I've done conversions in the past with about 50% success, but I'm batting .000 this year.  If it works for you, do you have any best practices to share?
