I thought I would never see the day that the Drake tax program would release a form a MONTH before Lacerte.  Form 3800 was partially released by Drake on 2/8/24 and Lacerte is shooting for 3/7/24.  We have a lot of farmers due 3/1/24 that can't be extended that have Form 3800.  

Does anyone have a work-a-round for not having the Form 3800 that doesn't require doing the Form 3800 by hand and paper filing.  Does anyone have an excuse for Lacerte?
