An item is marked complete that is actually not complete. Example: Please provide Form 1099.  The client wrote a note that it would be provided in February.  The item is marked complete.

1. Who marked it complete? 2. Can I reverse that, so it stays open?

Link shows that all 50 tasks and questions are complete. So, the tracking of the information is not correct. And I find it more difficult know that not all information has arrived and therefore to remind him to get it.
