Started using Intuit Link in 2022. When I invited clients I was able to check the box to have the checklist attached to their account.  Now in 2023, those clients show up in the Intuit Link client list but I can't find a way to add the 2023 checklist to their account. When I select those clients, their Requests is blank. How do I add the Questionnaire, Engagement letter, Checklist to old clients?  If I add a new client to Intuit Link I have the option of adding Questionnaire, Engagement Letter, and Checklist. 

If I use the Add Request and use the Sample Individual Template, then the employer name doesn't show up on the request like it did last year.

@Lob What did you learn?  I don't know how to add my checklist either.

I find the navigation for Link isn't easy. About five years ago I started with 2 clients using Link, and TY2022 I have 5 clients so I'm not an expert. (Most of my clients are older and prefer paper organizers.)

Good luck. It seems to be a good tool, despite the lack of ease.
