I would use a RED Sharpie. The program won't do it. 

I'm not sure a Sharpie will print small enough to get in all the words required if what is being entered is 

“Filed Pursuant to Rev. Proc. 2022-32 to
Elect Portability under section 2010(c)(5)(A).”

Just use a regular pen and maybe highlight it.
