Trying to file an electronic extension for a 990-T. It got rejected.

Filer's EIN and Name Control in the Return Header must match data in the e-File database.

I know the EIN is correct, but apparently it doesn't like the NAME control.

Try calling the efile help desk

Generally the 1st 4 letters of the entity NAME
