We are in VA and our 4868 letter prints the address for mailing as Cincinnati, OH. We should be mailing to Kansas City, or Louisville.
Are you using the preparer address or the client address?
I am using the preparer address.
At this stage you are not going to get any changes from Lacerte. Hand write an envelope for the client to use.
You can use Ctrl + L to open an email to let them know the error.
