After living trust trustor dies and home in trust sold in few months after death and proceeds has been distributed to 3 beneficiaries. Is this complex trust which shows on form 1041? and schedule k should be distributed to each beneficiaries? and it is mandatory to file CA?

Is this complex trust which shows on form 1041? Yes
schedule k should be distributed to each beneficiaries? That would be K-1
it is mandatory to file CA? Yes if it is a CA trust; has a CA Tustee or beneficiary; and/or the property was in CA.
