Grandma wants to claim Son and his two children as dependents this year. They do not live with her but she provided more than 50% . Lacerte is showing no credit when I enter them in as dependents. She has no taxable income. Any idea why?

I've never heard of a qualifying relative credit.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
