She did a GREAT job after I was "helped" by another rep.  I was on the phone for OVER an hour with the previous rep trying to receive help.  She stated some things and I KNEW they were wrong so I called back to get another rep.  When I called back, I got Nickel.  She helped me in 15 mins!!!
