Per the IRS, Form 5227 can now be e-filed. However, we cannot currently e-file Form 5227 in Lacerte. When does Lacerte plan on our being able to e-file Form 5227? Before April 18, 2023?

At least you have the form. Having a form 5227 available in ProSeries was a lifelong dream. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone alive today will ever see that happen.
