Highlight the clients > Ctrl + P > Click Partial Return > Select 4868 > Click OK
They won't be "blank", but you can do entry for each client in Screen 9 to get a zero.

Just in case you're planning to file these as blind extensions, you should be aware that the Reg requires "full amount properly estimated as tax for the taxable year", without which the extension may be deemed to be invalid.
