The update seems to have been stalled at the jresetup. About 10 minutes now since I started the update.  Issue?  Tech support told me that the update depends on my internet speed.

Speed isn't an issue. The test I ran shows 166 Mbps download and 9.3 Mbps upload. This is "very fast" according to measurement lab.

But internet speed is a good excuse when support wants to get you off of the phone 😉
