I have a US citizen who worked (as an employee) in Japan since 2019. Should I create Form 8833 also? Japan is a treaty county with the USA.
I couldn't find the Articles and Revenue code for Form 2555 Foreign income exclusion.

Are you taking a treaty based return position?
Foreign earned income exclusion is IRC Section 911.
