In the pension screen there is a field for federal withholding (state,too)

Lacerte has a neat trick. Go to the 1041 in Forms view. Find line 15e. RIGHT Click and select Jump to Input. You will then be given several choices of where to enter. Click the one that applies and it will take you to the entry point.
