CA W-2 FOR IHHS HAS ZERO WAGES AND FICA AND M/C TAX WITHHELD. HOW TO INCLUDE THIS WITHHOLDING EXCEPT ON WAGE SCREEN. ANY OTHER IDEAS?

Why can't you enter it on the wage screen?
If it gives you an error for the $0 in box 1, can you enter $1?
Is there anything in box 2?

That works unless the taxpayer is subject to SE tax and/or the additional tax on Medicare wages.

Then for SE tax you need to enter social security wages and for add'l Medicare tax you need to enter Medicare wages and withholding. I believe you can enter/adjust/override these items in the SE tax and Medicare tax screens. Never had to do the add'l Medicare tax but I have had to fuss with SE tax before.
EDIT: But entering $1 wages might be easier.
