Folks:

I have a 1099-R for the payment of a survivor's annuity payment.  Box 2a (Taxable amount) says "unknown".  I have checked the appropriate box in field 2b of Screen 13.1, but I am getting a critical diagnostic requiring an entry.  What do I put there?
