Please be aware that the Lacerte program is changing NYC Full Year to NO.  Returns have been sent to customers using Doc-Sign for e-signatures and the returns reflect NYC full year residents but when they get processed through the e-filing system it is sending the returns over to NY with NYC set to NO as such no NYC tax is calculating. I was told by support that they are aware of the problem and that a fix should be sent out March 17th. WHAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND IS WHY THEY HAVE NOT SENT OUT A NOTICE  OR WARNING!
