SC resident should receive deduction of $17,500 for his military retirement.

He is under 65, but working with a W-2.  I have checked to see that everything is entered as "taxpayer" and tried numerous ways of entering the information but cannot get the correct deduction.

I cannot find any way of asking Lacerte support about this.
